From competitive league shooting to youth development, Berthoud Trap Club offers programs for every interest and skill level.

Open Trap Shooting

The Berthoud Gun Club features 2 Shotgun Trap Houses and is open to the public during regular hours. Shooters of all skill levels are welcome to come out and shoot trap on Tuesdays, Fridays, and the 3rd Sunday of every month.

There is no pistol or rifle range — this is a dedicated shotgun trap facility.

Trap Shooting Leagues

Competitive trap shooting leagues run on Thursday evenings throughout the year. Teams compete in A and B league divisions, with standings, scores, High Gun, and Straights tracked weekly.

Leagues are limited to 14 teams and fill up fast — priority is given to returning teams.

ATA Registered Shoots

Berthoud Trap Club hosts multiple Amateur Trapshooting Association (ATA) registered shoots throughout the year. Shooters can sign up via presquad.com, with shoot dates running from March through October.

Final results are posted for each event.

Women's Trap Fun Shoot

A monthly trap shooting event designed for women of all skill levels in a fun, friendly, and non-competitive atmosphere.

4-H Youth Shooting Program

Sharp Shooters — Boulder County 4-H

A Boulder County 4-H shooting club for youth ages 8–18 that meets and practices at the Berthoud Gun Club. Boulder County Fair Shooting events are held annually in July at the club.
